so what is he saying exactly? that animators are MORE important to the creative process than writers? Bullshit, it doesn't matter how good the plane looks or how lovingly painted, if the story doesn't work. A good story with bad animation can work (see every episode of South Park) but a well animated but hollow and badly written story won't (Thumbelina, Anastasia, Cars, Lilo and Stitch).
